ILM 3 and ILM 5 in Leadership and Management

This course focuses on the topics that directly relate to the role of the candidates, allowing them to add value to their roles and effectively influence those around them. We aim to help candidates achieve increased time efficiency and more effective results.
Candidates can carry out this training at ILM level 3 or 5 depending on their past experience.
ILM 5 in Project Management
Similar to the Leadership & Management course but this course focuses on projects rather than the organisation. Developing candidates’ skills to ensure they are effectively managing and delivering projects from start to finish.
High Impact Coaching
We understand that candidates at this level may feel like they lack time to spend on training. That’s why we have developed an intensive and focused training package, targeted at providing managers with maximum value for their time.
We focus in on key areas that are identified by each manager as areas for improvement, bespoke to each managers needs creating a training programme that is results focused, valuable and time efficient.
Sessions are focused on developing candidates’ decision making and time management skills alongside the methodology to coach and mentor in the workplace. Developing these skills within your management team builds a solid foundation for their department and benefits the staff they manage.
